The staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef yesterday morning was great and very kindly cooked my nieces bacon the way she likes it - thank you. Breakfast was great, tasty and lots of choice. We had a little wait for a table to accommodate the 6 of us sitting together. Just wish there was a little more thought when preparing the rooms, 6 of us over 2 rooms, yet not enough towels, cups/mugs for us all, so had to ask reception staff for these - which they gave no problem but after a 4hr drive we just wanted to shower and get into our pj's. The rooms are standard, comfy, and clean. A couple of niggles for me, the hair body wash pump is so small it takes ages to pump a tidy amount out to be able to wash our hair properly. Could also hear running water a lot, guessing it's from rooms above, but luckily, it didn't affect our sleep. It's in a great location., with plenty of parking (£5 per 24hrs).

Stopped here for work but thought I’d go and watch a football game while I was here. After not finding a restaurant in the town I wanted to eat in I came back to eat at the hotel to be told they were fully booked until 7pm. There were only 1/3 of the tables occupied maybe 12-14 people sat down. This apparently is because the new ovens cannot cook enough food fast enough. Surly a hotel restaurant should be able to cater for more than 1/3 of the capacity. In over 4 years of traveling for work I’ve never come across this, it’s pathetic.
Rooms average premier inn nothing special, I fact I had to look twice to see if there was a pillow on my bed they were so flat.
Wi-Fi terrible may as well not have it.

Heating did not work in my room for 2 nights. There is no window to open. Its just a piece of glass so cant open to air the room. Food in the evening is hit or miss. My room came with the 2 course meal, i wudnt have paid to eat there if food wasnt included in room price. For breakfast they can not provide you with a take away cup or a disposable container so you have to sit and eat. I didnt have time most of my days to have the breakfast due to having to leave early for work so takeaway breakfast would have been useful. Staff are really friendly and do their best to help.
Good location for the stadium and railway station.
The staff were friendly but the service wasn’t too great compared to some other Premier Inns I’ve stayed at.
It felt very understaffed and my room wasn’t cleaned for several days on a 2 week stay. The receptionist was serving drinks and was also found running the kitchen on at least one night I was there.
Very good Premier Inn. Comfortable walking distance to town centre. Parking good, though at a cost (£5 per 24 hours). Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. As always with Premier Inn, the room is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was a most welcome feature. Thought the train tracks at the back of hotel might be an issue, but rarely heard any noise. Highly recommended.
Great location right in the city centre with really cheap rooms. Stayed in a double room which was clean and comfortable, no problems at all. The staff were really friendly considering we arrived really late! Overall great experience.
Good two night stay.
Plenty of space in car park but remember to pay on arrival.
Please be aware that you appear to let reception know if you want the room serviced, just hanging the tag on the bedroom door doesn't work as we found.
